Konstantin (Sel-p) was born in Nelidovo Russia but has been living in St.-Petersburg since childhood. In 2003 he started to write music. After a writing of a great number of tracks in various styles of music, the choice was chillout. His first track in that style 'Sunset'. However, it was only an experiment which was not foretelling the formation of a chillout project. But later the quantity of 'experimental' tracks began to increase and the delight of friends and familiar musicians have forced to reflect on the creation of the project which later became 'Sel-p'.
