Randy Bush is a project of Nicolosi, who also produced the artists and projects Billy Preston, Gibson Brothers, Osibisa, Tony Esposito, Giuni Russo, Gloria Gaynor, Arthur Baker, Novecento, Den Harrow, Valerie Dore, Gilbert Montagné, Tom Hooker, 3 D, Kidd Creole and Klimax. The vocalist featured was the model and dancer Lady Trisha (aka Patrizia Cavaliere), former member of the Spanish project Mamma Chico.
