AONUA are a musical collaboration from the South Pacific islands of New Zealand comprising Maori vocalist Taisha and composer/producer Malcolm Smith. Their music is a unique blend of Polynesian instruments, Maori vocals, native wildlife and nature mixed with modern instrumentation with the purpose of taking the listener away on a mystical South Pacific journey. It has been described as spiritual and healing.
