The Chubbies are a poppunk/powerpop band. The band put out a number of records on Sympathy For The Record Industry as well as various 7inches--some on Mutant Pop. Jeanette Chubbie (Jeanette Louise Kantzalis) is now the only member of the band. Jeannette is now releasing records under the names A Brokeheart Pro and Kantzalis. She also released a 1992 album on A&M Records under the name of Jeannette Katt
