Sri Chinmoy (1931-2007) was a musician, spiritual leader, althlete, humanitarian, artist, poet and composer of spiritual and meditative music. He lived in New York where he tirelessly composed music, lifted heavy weights, created numerous paintings, and promoted a general feeling of goodwill and harmony towards the world. Sri Chinmoy had travelled around the world offering soothing, relaxational concerts.
