Lourds are a band from New York City, line-up as follows: Lourds Lane -- electric violin, mandolin, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, piano Sarah Vasil -- drums Gene Blank -- electric guitar, acoustic guitar, backing vox Joey Sagarese -- bass, backing vox They have one album, the self-titled LOURDS. Singer Lourds Lane has written what is described a semi-autobiographical all-female rock-opera, 'Super Chix' and is involved with the Medusa Festival.
