Vinterriket is the first official project of the German artist "Christoph Ziegler" beside his other newer projects (Atomtrakt, Nebelkorona, Dânnâgôischd, Sturmpercht, Fräkmündt, ThruByRed, Battle Dagorath, ex-Nocternity and ex-Graven ).
Vinterriket (Norwegian and Swedish for "The Winter Realm") was born in order to capture the dark side of nature. Vinterriket has been known with ambient, black metal and neofolk genres.
