Helen was born in 1980 and has grown up eating music. She has worked with musicians from the Kodaly School, Mediaeval Baebes, The Irrepressibles, Tiger Force, London Bach Choir, The London Philharmic and Philharmonia Orchestras. She writes and plays everything on the new album.
