There are three bands with this name. 1. A collaboration between techno pioneer Juan Atkins and Doug Craig (uncle of Carl Craig). Their main release was Technicolor which was released in 1986 on Atkins' Metroplex label, and is considered a classic of the early Detroit techno scene. This track was also famously sampled by Sir Mix-A-Lot on his smash hit Baby Got Back 2. Channel One are a Dublin based four-piece who use a mixture of electronic and live instrumentation to create their sound.
