*This band shares its name with a techno band. We are not them. Lord of the Strings is a three piece, wizard rock band based out of Panama City Beach, Florida. Since its inception in 2006, Lord of the Strings has released one full length LP, and one EP via Myspace.com. It's genre is difficult to pinpoint, but they have been compared to such bands as The Moldy Peaches, Oasis, and most recently, Gogol Bordello. Their lineup consists of Ben Slaughter on the mic, Mark Prather on the D20 and baby mic, and Brent Barnhart on the guitar, bass, drums, keyboard drums, and backup mic.
