The band is double-fronted by Joey Carbo and Nick Douet, who employ and trade through an army of guitars while presenting diametrically passionate approaches to songwriting and performance. WHO BY FIRE brings forth an entirely (beyond) fresh and original type of rock n' roll/post-punk, combining elements of country, folk, gypsy, blues, punk, world music (Russian, Calypso), metal, ambient instrumental, jazz breakdowns, ...you name it, really.
