Todd Fletcher (the musician behind Psychetropic) has been creating electronic music since 1983, using an Apple IIe computer, inspired primarily by the music of Klaus Schulze and Brian Eno. From the beginning his music emphasized the union of sound design with melody and rythm to create a complete sound matrix.
