Matsui Rena (松井玲奈), nickname "Rena" (れな), born July 27, 1991 in Aichi, Japan is a Japanese idol singer, actress, and model, as well as a leading member of idol group SKE48's Team E. After participating in the first SKE48 audition in July 2008, Matsui passed along with 22 other participants and made their debut as a group on October 5, 2008. She was chosen as a senbatsu member of sister group AKB48 for the first time in the single "10nen Zakura".
