There are three bands of this title: 1) Coming together in Los Angeles in the Fall of 2004, Napoleon In Rags has set out to bring a unique,  intimate, and honest perspective on our routines, failures, and continuing attempts to measure the world around us.  It all started as an experiment by three friends: entering a UCLA-hosted, Southern California Battle of the Bands without having ever played together.
