Norma Loy is a French coldwave band formed in 1981. NORMA LOY is an anagram of "Nom Royal" (Royal Name). USHER and CHELSEA met in 1977. This marked the beginning of a close collaboration, influenced by the punk movement which lead them to produce several works. They published 3 books, organised exhibitions and performances and started up music with the band "Metal Radiant" (noise punk and Stooges’ spirit), then with "COIT BERGMAN" (more electronic and influenced by Suicide) http://www.myspace.com/metalradiantcoitbergman.
