Betty Noyes was born October 11, 1912 in Oklahoma. She died on December 24, 1987 at the age of 75. Known for her rich voice, she voiced over very few movies including "Singin' in the Rain" where when you hear Debbie Reynolds supposedly singing "Would You" it is Betty Noyes. Not much is known about her.
