He left school in 1988 and began to study publishing, theater science and psychology. Clemens became trainee at Walter Schiejok (ORF in Austria) and began his ORF-Carreer (ORF is Austrias public television). He designed radio- and videobroadcasts for Ö3, ORF, Pro7, Viva (a former german equivalent to MTV) and Arte. 1994 he became author of ORF's Broadcast Montevideo. Since the foundation of http://fm4.orf.at/ (a music radio channel) he's the creator of several shows. One of his best known activities is the Project X running every Thursday from 0-1 A.
