Formed in 2011, The Away Days' success hasn't gone unnoticed. They performed The Newcomers Festival, where they were designated as a promising young act. They went on to perform at SXSW, The Great Escape, and tour the United Kingdom. Their debut EP How Did It All Start was released in late 2012. They released their first music video for the song Galaxies, which they played on KEXP morning show in January 2013. Additionally, they were featured in Guardian and NPR's SXSW coverage.
