Banda UÓ was born from the passion for tropical rhythms. In october 2010 Mateus Carrilho and Davi Sabbag made a fictitious band and a video with a Portuguese tecnobrega version of "Teenage Dream" (Katy Perry) as a way to spread a party. They party ended up being the most crowded in the history of their town (Goiânia, BR) and they decided to keep up with the band, calling Candy Mel to seal the group with her hot chocolate "brasility".
