Ragnhild Furebotten is an interpreter and communicator of the folk music of Northern Norway, and is one of few folk musicians from this part of the country. She is well known as a musician, composer, and performing fiddler first and foremost as a member of the group Majorstuen. Ragnhild finished her education at the Norwegian Music Academy in 2004 and has since then been working as a district musician in Målselv and as a freelance musician both in Norway and abroad.
